This article will assist you with managing the CCS session error of No Active Enrolment found for given Enrolment ID and Dates.

Meaning:

The CCSS Message of 'No Active Enrolment Found for given Enrolment ID and Dates" indicates there are sessions on the Rolls for a child that are NOT covered by a CCSS Enrolment as it has become Ceased.

Why the error occurs

The Message of 'No Active Enrolment found' indicates that the child has sessions on the Bookings & Attendances screen to be submitted to CCSS, however their CCSS Enrolment isn't currently Active to cover that particular day/s.

This could be due to:
The Enrolment becoming Ceased prior to the sessions being submitted and new enrolment is not yet created to cover the session report period you are submitting it the CCSS

The incorrect Arrangement Start date being selected eg. 3/3/21, however the child's first attendance was the 1/3/21

A CCSS Enrolment being in the status of "Unsubmitted" so the child doesn't have an E800 CCSS enrolment ID.

The message will be displayed on your Session reports failed to submit email as below and will include the information of:

The name of the child

Family name

Week Start Date that is incorrect

Total Fees Charged
