The personnel module acts as a hub for managing employees in Storypark Manage, and linking them to CCSS. Using this module, you can send information to CCSS regarding who needs to be linked to your centre and in what role. You cannot delete a record for personnel's once the role has been submitted to CCSS.

This help document will demonstrate the following:

How to query personnel: Query personnel allows you to query existing personnel, and allows you to activate existing personnel that are in the PEP but not on Storypark Manage.

How to add a personnel: Add personnel allows you to create a new personnel record.

How to update personnel: Edit personnel allows you to edit an existing personnel record.

How To Query CCSS Personnel

Step 1: Click on CCSS interfaces from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Click on the personnel icon.

Step 3: A list of the CCSS personnel will be seen on the screen. Click on the Q icon to query the CCSS personnel from the PEP.

Step 4: Select provider or service for which you would like to query the CCSS personnel.

Step 5: Click on 'query CCSS'.


How To Add Personnel

Step 1: Click on CCSS interfaces from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Click on the personnel icon.

Step 3: A list of the CCSS personnel will be seen on the screen. Click on the green + icon to add the personnel.

Step 4: The add panel allows you to create a new personal's record.


If you would like to assign this personnel authority to control the provider, select 'yes'.

If you would like to assign operational responsibility for a service or service contact nominated by the provider, select 'yes'.

Enter in details of the WWCC card.

Enter in details of the personnel history, previous ownership or operation, previous employment or work, and other business interests where applicable.
Once entered in all information, click on 'submit to CCSS' to add the personal to your provider or service.


How To Update Personnel

Step 1: Click on CCSS interfaces from the left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Click on the personnel icon.

Step 3: A list of the CCSS personnel will appear on the screen. Click on the three dots that are on the right-hand side of a personal's record and select the edit option.

Step 4: Select the relevant section to update the information.

Once you have made the necessary changes, select 'submit to CCSS'.
