This article will demonstrate how to view, filter and download your service's CWA Agreement Report.

Viewing the Report

To view the report.
Select the Reports screen from the left hand menu

Select the CWA Agreement Report, under the Bookings Report section



The report will show the below information.
a) Child details - Name, CRN, DOB, Verified on DHS
b) Family details - Family name, CCS Claimant, Claimant CRN, Claimant DOB, Claimant verified on DHS
c) Care provided information - Care Type, CCS Service Name
d) Enrol detail - Enrolment ID, Arrangement Type



Scrolling further across.
e) Enrolment details - Signed CWA, Enrolment Occurrences, Arrangement Start and End Date, Status
f) Booking information - Session Indicator, Session type, Arrangement End Reason, Other Reason, In State Care



g) CCS Information - Organisation, Provider and Centre name



Filtering the Report

To refine the report information:
Select the menu icon on the top right hand side

Select the Filter icon



Within the Filter screen you can choose from:

a) Provider
b) Centre
c) Enrolment Status - Confirmed, Pending, Received, Submitted, Unsubmitted
d) Session Indicator - Both, Casual or Routine
e) Child verified on DHS - Yes or No
f) Claimant verified on DHS - Yes or No
g) Family Status - Active or Inactive
h) Child Status - Active or Unactive
i) Apply to apply the filter options



Resetting the Filters

To reset the filters on the reports screen:
Select the menu icon on the top right hand side

From the drop down menu select the reset icon



Exporting the Report

To export the report:
Select the menu icon on the top right hand side

From the drop down menu select the export icon
