The guardian consents report enables users to view the consents the guardians have entered for each child. This report is able to be exported and refined to suit the service's needs and display desired details. This report could be used to check whether a child is allowed to participate in certain activities or which children are allowed to be photographed. Read the below instructions to find out how to use this report and its features.

Step 1: On the left-hand side menu, click the reports icon. Select the report you wish to view.

Step 2: The guardian consents report will display all children with listed consents within your service. A Y/Yes represents a granted consent and a N/No represents a denied consent.

Step 3: To refine the details listed, click the grid icon on the right side of the page.

Step 4: Click on the funnel, refine, icon.

Step 5: You will then be able to view the current refinements showing. Click on the section you wish to refine and edit the selection. Once complete, click apply.

Step 6: Click on the circular arrow icon to reset the results or the icon of the rectangle with the arrow to export.
