In Storypark Manage, you will be able to add a third party payer in a family account. This is for instances where a third party agrees to pay for the child's fees. Examples include: the college that the guardian is studying at agrees to pay for the full child care fees or in the case of a child at risk, the Department of Child Protection.

Step 1: Once you have logged on, click on families on the left-hand menu bar.



Step 2: In the family tab, select the relevant family.



Note: You can use the search filters to easily locate the relevant family.

Step 3: Click the green + sign in the payment accounts box.



Step 4: In the pop-out box, select third party company, then enter in the organisation details.



Step 5: Select a payment method and any other details.



Note: if you are selecting direct debit, you will need to enter in the direct debit details of the third party payer

Step 6: Once complete, select save.
