Emergency contacts or nominees are important to have in the system in case you need to contact a family but the guardians are unavailable. This guide will show you how you can add a nominee in 5 easy steps!

Step 1: Select Families from the left-hand menu bar

Step 2: To enter the family's account, click on the relevant family's name

You can use the search filters located at the top of the page to easily locate the family's enrolment.

Step 3: Click on the Green + in the Nominees icon in the 'Summary' tab

Step 4: Enter the mandatory nominee information fields marked with an asterix (*).

Step 5: Tick the relevant authorisations, upload a photo if needed, and click 'Save'.
