This help document will guide you through how to create a CCS session report for the purpose of submitting session report to CCSS.

Step 1: Select booking & attendance from the left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Select session reports from the top menu.

Step 3: Click on the green + button.

Step 4: Select your service, session report start and end date. You also have the option to create session reports for a particular child, you can do this by selecting the child's name from the drop down menu.

Note: If you are completing this from the enterprise access, remember to first select the service you wish to create the session reports for.

Once the session report has been created, these will show up under the unsubmitted section:
