Tags are unique identifiers that can be associated with family records to search, sort, categorise, filter, and segment records in a more efficient way. You can select an existing tag from a list of tags or simply create a new one.
This help document will demonstrate how to create tags.
Step 1: Click on settings from the left-hand menu bar.
Step 2: Click on the tags icon.
Step 3: You will be able to see a list of all the tags grouped by categories. Browse through them and see if all the required parameters are there.
Step 4: Click the green + sign to add a new tag.
Step 5: Enter in the relevant information. Note that if you are completing from enterprise access, select the services you would like the tag to be available for.
Step 6: Complete all the required fields and click save.
