The purpose of the provider interface is to give access to users to manage the provider change of circumstances process. This interface is used to receive and process new information that relates to a change in circumstances of an approved provider, some of which is required under law and some of which is not, but is necessary to administer the child care subsidy system and ensure its records are up to date.

The purpose of this guide is to show you how to query the CCSS Provider.

Step 1: Click the CCSS icon from the left-hand side menu.



Step 2: Click on the provider icon from the available CCSS interfaces.



Step 3: Once you click on the provider icon, you will be able to view your provider's details on the screen. If you have more than one provider, select the provider from the left navigation to view/update the details.



Step 4: Click on the query provider button.



Step 5: On the right-side panel, enter the date from which you would like to query the provider details.
