Enrolments can automatically cease if a child has not attended for 14 consecutive weeks or the centre can manually cease an enrolment following a child's exit. If the child returns to care, the centre must reactivate the enrolment.

Step 1: Click on Families

Step 2: Click on the child's name

Step 3: Select Enrolments

Step 4: Find the ceased enrolment you wish to reactivate and click on the 3 dot menu. Select Edit.

Step 5: Clear the previous Arrangement End Date and enter in a new Arrangement Start Date from when the child returned.

Note: Ensure the new Arrangement Start Date is after the previous Arrangement End Date.

Step 6: Make any necessary amendments to the child's Sessions and click Save & Send to CCSS.
