How To Set Up Booking Notes

On the Storypark Manage web app, you will have full access to post notes on a specific booking day for your service. Booking notes allow you to post specific notes including links and files for a specific day(s). This is very helpful if you want parents to be reminded of a specific activity on a particular day or if a child has to bring something for an excursion activity.

This help document will demonstrate how to add a booking note to a specific booking day.

Step 1: Click the settings icon from the left-hand menu bar.

Step 2: Click on the booking notes icon.

Step 3: You will see booking notes that you have already created on the screen. Click on the green + sign to add a new note.

Step 4: Fill in the relevant details. You can select multiple centres if you are adding this note from the enterprise access.
Complete the following:
The booking note subject.

A description.

Upload any document for the guardians to download and complete (such as permission slips).

Select the sessions for which you would like the booking note to be displayed on.

Select a date range if the same note is going to be applicable on multiple days. The note can also be made visible on specific days within the date range.


Step 5: Once you have finished entering the relevant details, click on create note.
