Quick-start 6: How to set up rooms for your centres?

Multiple locations don't have to mean multiple headaches. You can set up your Storypark Manage accounts to suit your needs.

Now let's learn how to set up rooms for your centres in Storypark Manage.

To set up rooms from onboarding wizard, click on the button set up your rooms.


Step 1:

Here, You will be able to watch a help video that will show you what needs to be done to set up rooms. Once you have watched the video, you can skip to next steps by clicking on the down arrows at the bottom of the video.


Step 2:

Enter the name of the room.


Step 3:

Enter the age group for this room and enter capacity & the staff ratio.


Step 4:

Select the centre under which you would like to set up the room. Click Apply button and your rooms will be created under each selected centres.
