Services must provide information regarding vacancies and fee details to the department during the initial application, and whenever this information changes. These details will be available to guardians in the childcare finder website, Australia's online childcare portal.

This help document will demonstrate how to submit a vacancy to CCSS.

Step 1: Click on CCSS interfaces from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Click on the vacancy icon.

Step 3: Select the service for which you would like to submit the vacancy.

Storypark Manage's system will automatically calculate the vacancy details and pre-populate the check-boxes for you. However, you can make changes as you wish and update the childcare finder website.

Step 4: Click on the 'submit to CCSS' button to send the vacancy to CCSS.
