Attendances need to be marked if the centre is a CBC & OSHC and the attendances need to be submitted to CCSS.

Please note that this process should only be used if you are not using Kiosk at your service or there is a mistake in the recording of any attendance. Storypark Manage recommends that you should only use the Kiosk app to record attendances.

Attendances can be marked daily, weekly or fortnightly.

Step 1: Click on the Booking & Attendance icon from the left hand side menu.



Step 2: Click on the attendance tab from the top menu.



Step 3: In enterprise access, attendances are grouped by centres and incomplete attendances and complete attendances as shown in the image below.



Step 4: Click on sign In/sign out or absent to mark attendance.



Step 5: If you would like to edit attendances that have already been taken, go to complete attendances tab and click on three dots. Click on Edit Attendance.



Step 6: On the edit attendance panel, complete the attendance details and click on Save.
