To view additional absence reasons and download absence document, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click on the booking & attendance icon from the left hand side menu.



Step 2: Click on the attendance tab from the top menu.



Step 3: In enterprise access, attendances are grouped by centres and incomplete attendances and complete attendances as shown in the image below. As Absences are complete attendance, you can close the incomplete attendance group to browse the complete attendances.



Alternatively, you can filter the attendance records to show only absences.



Step 4 As you can see in the image below, you have absence reasons and the icon to download the documents. Click on the download the document.
