To view additional absence reasons and download absence document, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click on the booking & attendance icon from the left hand side menu.

Step 2: Click on the session reports tab from the top navigation.

Step 3: You can use filter tool to filter to reports you wish to view. Under the CCS header you can view the enitilement.
