In some instances, you may need to withdraw a CCS session report. This help document will show you how you can complete this process.

Please note it is generally not advised to withdraw a session report. Only do so if/when you have been advised to do so.

Step 1: Select bookings & attendances from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Select session reports from the top menu.

Step 3: Use the search filters to search for the session reports you need to withdraw.

Step 4: Tick the boxes next to the session reports you wish to withdraw.

Step 5: Select bulk action drop-down menu, and click on 'withdraw'.

Step 6: Within the withdraw attendance panel, select a reason for withdrawal.

Step 7: Click on 'confirm withdraw'. Select 'yes' for the question 'do you want to withdraw this session report'?
