If you can't find a family, there could be couple of reasons. Follow the below instructions to search for the family you are looking for.

Step 1: Select all statuses from the dropdown. By default archived family status is not selected.

Step 2: Please search by guardian or child name instead of family name. Family name might have been changed and you might still be searching using the old family name.
