When you invite a parent to Storypark Manage, the parent will receive a welcome email with sign up instructions. We also recommend sending an email from someone at your location. We have created a draft below that you can copy into an email and edit as you see fit.

Dear Parents,

(Insert your service’s name here) is excited to announce that we are transitioning to Storypark Manage. Storypark Manage will be connected to your existing Storypark for Families app. You will now have the ability to log in at any time to manage your CCS, casual and permanent bookings and billing arrangements without having to speak to a member of the leadership team.

Storypark Manage is proven to save time for staff, which means that we can spend more time with children whilst delivering a much better experience for you all.

The Storypark for Families app, which is the app with the purple icon, has been designed specifically with parents and family members in mind. If you don’t already have it, it can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store for Android or the Apple Store for iOS (iPads and iPhones).

From the App, you can access Storypark Manage from your account > Manage Bookings and Billing.

What happens next?

Activate your account. We will send you an email inviting you to create a free Storypark Manage account. Your email address will be your username and you just need to set up your password.

Verify and complete your family data including child profile and Nominees. You will see your family details after you create an account - you can confirm information such as birthday, allergies, and additional contacts. If you do not see your child’s profile, please contact us with the email address or phone number you used to sign up.

Set up your Payment account. Storypark Manage offers secure, automated online payments that saves time. Please add your payment information, and set up your direct debit so that payments are processed.

Easy steps to follow:

Create a free Storypark Manage account. When you receive an invitation via email, we would have already created an account for you using your email address. You just need to set up password.

Verify and complete your family data including child profile and emergency contacts.

You will see your family details after you create an account - you can confirm information such as birthday, allergies, and additional contacts. If you do not see your child’s profile, please contact your Service Director with the email address or phone number you used to sign up. You will not see updates within Storypark Manage until we start to use it regularly.

Action Required. On top of your family data, we would list down all the action required information for your family and child details. Please make sure that you complete all action required items.

Set up your Payment Account.

Add your payment information. Storypark Manage offers secure, automated online payments that saves time for us and gives you advanced tools and reporting. Please add your payment information.

Dear Parents,

This is a friendly reminder that we are using Storypark Manage to send messages, updates, invoices, and much more. It is a time-saving tool that is 100% free for you.

Please follow the steps below:

Create a free Storypark Manage account by clicking on the Welcome email you would have received from our system. When you receive an invitation via email, please click on create password link to create a free parent account.

Verify and complete your family data including child profile and emergency contacts.

You will see your family details after you create an account - you can confirm information such as birthday, allergies, and additional contacts. If you do not see your child’s profile, please contact your Service directly with the email address or phone number you used to sign up. You will not see updates within Storypark Manage until we start to use it regularly.

Action Required. On top of your family data, we would list down all the action required information for your family and child details. Please make sure that you complete all action required items.
