Nominee Unable To Sign Children In/Out

If a nominee is unable to sign a child in/out, this could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. The nominee does not have a mobile number entered in

If a nominee does not have a mobile number entered in, they will be unable to sign a child in/out. Please enter in their mobile number into the system. If they do not have one, you can enter a dummy email or mobile.

Please follow the steps below to enter in an email address/mobile :

Step 1: Click on the three dot menu that is on the right hand side of the nominee's name and select edit.


Step 2: Enter in an email address/mobile and click on save.


2. The nominee has not been authorised to sign the child in/out

Please ensure that the nominee has been authorised to sign the child in/out. If a family has more than one child, please check which child/children does the nominee have permission to pick up and drop off. Before granting a nominee permission to sign a child in/out, please ensure you discuss this with the guardians.

To check whether a nominee has permission to pick up/drop off a child, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the three dot menu that is on the right hand side of the nominee's name and select edit.


Step 2: In the nominee panel, scroll down to the authorisation section. Check whether the nominee has permission to pick up or drop off the children. You can also check the dates they are authorised to pick up/drop off a child if applicable. If a nominee is trying to pick up/drop-up a child outside an authorised date range, they will be unable to do so.


If a family has multiple children, you can check which children can the nominee pick up/drop off.


Ensure you click on save if you update the details.

3. The child attends multiple services within an organisation and the nominee enters the incorrect kiosk code

If a child attends multiple services at an organisation, please ensure that the nominee is entering the mobile number and kiosk code that is applicable to your service. It could happen that the nominee is entering the correct mobile number but a code that is for another service.

To check the kiosk code of a nominee, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the three dot menu that is on the right hand side of the nominee's name and select edit.


Step 2: In the nominee panel, scroll down to the authorisation section. Click on the eye to view the kiosk code.
