Features

Added Google Click Identifier functionality to the EOI and Waitlist forms.

Users can now add an Organisation Google Tracker ContainerID that allows ad tracking and campaign attribution for Google Ad users. To read more - Waitlist configuration - Google Analytics Code (GLCID) Settings

Introduced lazy loading in single select dropdowns to improve UI performance.
Added a new option in the Invoice listing screen to regenerate an invoice PDF, incase the PDF is not readable or blank.

Improvements
Optimized multiple database queries used when generating push notifications related to Observations, Activity and Timelines.
New entitlement records will now only be stored in database if there is a change to the entitlement. The query Entitlement process has changed slightly.
Optimized the UI performance by reducing the size of the AngularJS file that loads when the web portal is rendered for the first time.
Create Password Link Expiration has been extended up to 5 days for Guardian Account Activation Email and Staff Account Activation Email.

Any previously modified Guardian/Staff Account Activation Templates will need to be edited to include the new 5 days expiration language.
Made the following changes to the Billing Profile, Booking Notes and Discounts listing screens in enterprise access to improve performance.

Optimized performance by removing unnecessary sorting and count database queries
Made the following changes to the CCS Payments, IS Cases and IS Case Claims listing screens in enterprise access to improve performance.
Removed Clearing Number Grouping in Payments listing screen and Centre Grouping in IS Cases and IS Case Claims listing screens

Issues Resolved
Resolved an issue where users were unable to enter the @ symbol on the email address field when the keyboard layout of the user's computer was English (United States).
Corrected an issue where the system displayed an error message when the user tries to export the guardians report from guardian listing.
Resolved an issue where default page size was not being honoured in the user listing screen.
Resolved an issue where the system didn't honour the organisational level invoice number sequence.
Resolved an issue where the same invoice number was set for multiple invoices in the same centre when invoices were generated.
Resolved an intermittent issue where system didn't update the attendance data in the reporting system.
Resolved an issue where user with custom role limited to some centres in the organisation were able to assign other centres in the same organisation when creating a new user.
Corrected a scenario where users were able to go through the process of booking a tour even though there were not available slots
Resolved an issue where the system displayed an error message when the user tries to download the experience PDF of an experience which contains resources
Resolved an issue where duplicated CCS payments were added when CCS payments were queried.
Resolved an issue where users with custom role with all permissions were unable to create users in enterprise access.
Corrected an issue where the system listed the deleted payment accounts in the payment account dropdown when adding once off payments.
Improved user experience when filtering the payment account list using balance period, transaction category and balance.
Resolved an issue where emergency contact report only showed one room in the room column even when the child was in multiple rooms.
Resolved an issue where the system didn't allow the user to update the user details if organisation, provider and/or centre roles were assigned to that user.
Resolved an issue where the system didn't generated the invoices in the following invoice cycle, if the invoice day is set as Sunday.
Corrected an issue where changes to the order of the priority of access or declaration statements were not reflected in the enrolment form.
Resolved an issue where the system displayed an error message when submitting an EOI form.
Resolved an issue where users were unable to select a new program for the requested days in wait-list application when the previously selected program is ended.
Resolved an issue where newly added sections notes where not displayed at the top of the section in the enrolment form settings.
Resolved an issue where the system didn't update the Is the child under care of State or Territory Child Welfare Law? in enrolment as per the CCS enrolment details.
Corrected an issue where the system displayed the error message Customer not found when adding a charge for a payment account which was confirmed from the data import wizard.
Resolved an issue where the system didn't validate if a guardian/child exists with the entered CRN when creating a new wait-list application.
Resolved an issue where the system didn't disable the email templates dropdown when sending emails if the user select multiple records from different centres.
Corrected an issue where users were unable to view the full card number when setting up direct debit details from a mobile device.
Corrected an issue where the system didn't generate the new direct debit authority agreement when the user updates the direct debit profile to reflect the latest transaction costs and surcharges.
Resolved an issue where system displayed the wait-list data belong to the same provider in waitlist report even though user selected a different provider in the same organisation.
Resolved an issue where system allowed the user to update the card/bank details when adding a payment from guardian portal even when the guardian payment method is not direct debit.
Resolved an issue where system displayed incorrect values for some fields and didn't display any value for some fields in View Is Case Claim view.
