New Features
Rolls Screen and Reports
We are excited to introduce our new Roll Screen. This new view in the Bookings and Attendances screen will show you a weekly summary of attendance in your service.

Meal Plan visibility for Guardian Web Portal
Meal Plans are now visible in the Guardian Portal for Guardians to view if enabled by your service.

Email notification to centres when an enrolment submission fails
When an enrolment submission fails, services will now get an email notification advising of the error.

Update/create enrolment occurrences/booking pattern when the enrolment is ceased and there are recurring booking patterns.
Following customer feedback, Session Name is now shown in the Booking listing screen.
Guardian Web Portal is now responsive and will resize to fit to device screen sizes.

Issues Resolved
Resolved an issue where creating a login with a password over 15 characters, would generate an error 400 instead of a useful message.
Prevent adding multiple CCS Rebate charges when the CCS payments are queried. Prevent multiple reversal of charges when the bookings are deleted.
System wasn't listing children with ceased enrolments in the children dropdown list in the Session Reports screen.
When email templates are managed at the centre level, if the user modifies a specific system email template and applies it to multiple centres, the system was only listing one modified email template in the email templates listing for enterprise access. This has been resolved.
A Guardian within two different Organisations was unable to access Family summary & waiting List. This has been resolved.
Filter functionality for "User-Defined Template" was not working.
Adding an Add User template was throwing a Sequence contains more than one element error.
Adding Session & Fee Templates, Session & Fees and Rooms was not listing within the Audit Trail.
When a User is created and Provider Admin Role is assigned, it was not showing up under Edit Provider.
System was not loading the add/edit/view screens in Enterprise access as per the enrolment form configuration, when the wait-list settings are managed at the Provider/Centre level. This has been resolved.
System was not saving the extra fields added in the enrolment form when the user completes the wait-list application from the web portal. This has been resolved.
System was not saving the extra fields added in the enrolment form when the user completes the wait-list application from the mobile application. This has been resolved.
System was setting the BillingMethod as Attendance Based even though user selected Booking Based.
Address was not updated in the payment account when updated by the Guardian.
Resolved a crash in the Smile App related to Sliding Scale bookings.
