Session Report FAQ

Session Reports should be submitted to CCSS weekly or fortnightly. This sends the children's attendances off to CCSS so the service can receive subsidies.
Read below the answers to some of our frequently asked questions.

Can these be automatically submitted?

Yes! You can configure your settings to submit the attendances automatically. To do so, click Settings on the left-hand menu and then Booking Configuration.

Under General, you can select the tick box to submit attendances automatically. Choose the day that you would like this process to occur.

The times of submission are:
Monday 10:00PM AEST
Friday 10:30PM AEST
Saturday 3:00PM AEST
Sunday 3:00PM AEST

What does an incomplete status mean?

An incomplete status means the attendances have not been recorded. The child needs to be signed in and out/marked absent for each session for the status to become complete.

To complete these attendances, click the three-dot menu on the right and click Edit.

Click the Incomplete status.

Fill in the attendance and submit.

Potential Errors and What they Mean

Session Report Cannot be Modified - Outside Reconciliation Period
This means the attendances you are attempting to submit are from last financial year and CCSS is no longer accepting these. In special circumstances you can apply to CCSS to amend or submit session reports from previous financial years. To do so, please contact CCSS.

Contents must differ to previous Session Report for Action 'VARY'

This means the VARY matches the INITIAL attendance already submitted. To resolve, query from CCSS and then create from system again for this week.
