User Access - Setting Default User Preference

This article will assist you with setting your default user login for Storypark Manage.

Overview

If your user access is set to Organisation/Provider Role, where you have access to more than 1 Centre, you can set your login preference.

Setting your default

Log into Storypark Manage using your Email address and Password



Select the name of your Centre/Provider/Organisation that is displayed on the top right hand side of your toolbar.



Select Change Login Preference



Select your Login Preference
Note: In this example we are changing from defaulting to a Centre view to Enterprise View.



Select Yes to change the setting
Select Update Profile to save the changes


Your new default login preference will be displayed. In this example we are now in Enterprise/Organisation view.



Switching Centres while in Enterprise/Organisation view

If you have set your preference to Enterprise view and would like to view a single centre only, but not change your default setting.

Select the name of your Organisation that is displayed on the top right hand side of your toolbar.



Select Centre Access


Select the name of the Centre you would like to view


The selected Centre name will display, allowing you to view and manage their information.



Switching from Centre view back to Enterprise View

If you have switched to Single Centre view and would now like to switch back to Enterprise view .

Select the name of the Centre you are currently viewing that is displayed on the top right hand side of your toolbar.



Select Enterprise Access



You will now be back in Enterprise/Organisation view, allowing you to view and manage all of your Services.
