Web Portal - Family Dashboard

This article will assist you with understanding and managing your Dashboard in the Web Portal for Guardians & Carers.


The Web Portal for Guardians and Carers allows you to manage your Family details for your Child Care Service.

Viewing the Dashboard

When you first log into the Web Portal, you will be directed straight to the Dashboard Screen. You can also view the screen by selecting the House (Dashboard) icon.


The Bookings section allows you to view:

Historical bookings
Future Bookings
You also have the ability to mark a current or a future booking as Absent

Action Required
The action required section is if there is any further information or any documentation you are required to provide or complete

Booking Notes
This section will show any notes on your bookings

Expired Documents
Will display if you have expired documents that need updating.

Complete Immunisation Details
This section will allow you too add in any immunisation information and add in updated immunisation history statements.

Add Emergency Contacts
This section allows you to add a Nominee (emergency contact) to your account

Current Account Balance
Displays your Current account Balance for your Service
RED - Your Account is in Arrears
GREEN - Your Account is in Credit

Make a Payment
This option allows you to make a payment directly to your Service see: Web Portal - Pay Now

Quick Keys
The Quick Keys section has various Help Guides to assist you with navigating through the Xap Portal for Guardians
